Terms of Service

Effective from June 30, 2026

1. Agreement

By using the WordSvit Studio website (wordsvit.com) or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WordSvit Studio provides:

  • Custom web development
  • AI assistant integration
  • SaaS subscription products (currently in pre-launch)
  • Consultations and advisory services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices for each project are detailed in individual service agreements.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Listed prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Custom projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
  • SaaS subscriptions: monthly or annual billing
  • Payment methods: Stripe, Wise, bank transfer
  • Refund policy: see Section 7

4. Project timelines

Standard delivery: 14-21 days from project brief approval. Timeline may extend if:

  • Client doesn't provide required materials on time
  • Scope changes are requested mid-project
  • Third-party services (payment gateways, APIs) have delays

5. Intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of all data, content, and trademarks you provide
  • Upon full payment, you own the delivered code and design
  • WordSvit Studio retains the right to use the project as a case study (we'll ask first)
  • WordSvit Studio retains ownership of pre-existing code libraries, templates, and methodology

6. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, timely information and content
  • Respond to questions within 48 hours during active development
  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms
  • Ensure you have rights to all content you provide

7. Refunds and cancellation

  • Custom projects: refund of unused portion if cancelled before development starts. After development starts — pro-rated based on completed work.
  • SaaS subscriptions: cancel anytime, access continues until end of paid period. No refunds for partial months.
  • Annual subscriptions: refund within 14 days of purchase if not satisfied.

8. Support and warranty

  • 30 days of free post-launch support for custom projects (bug fixes only)
  • Ongoing support available via separate retainer ($200+/month)
  • We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, leads, ranking)
  • Code is delivered with reasonable quality standards but is not warranted as defect-free

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordSvit Studio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We won't share business details, code, or data with third parties without your consent. A formal NDA can be signed upon request.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date. Provisions on IP, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. Failing that, in Ukrainian courts or by mutual agreement on international arbitration.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes — we will notify via email or site notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
