Depending on your interaction with the site:

  • Contact information — name, email, telegram (only if you filled out a form)
  • Business description — text you wrote in the booking form or quiz

  • Anthropic Claude API — AI consultant
  • Google Analytics 4 — analytics (anonymized)

  • Telegram — notifications to us about new inquiries

5. Data retention

  • Contact data from forms — up to 3 years or until your deletion request
  • Technical data (cookies) — up to 14 months (GA4 standard)
  • Accounting data — per Ukrainian legislation (3-5 years)

6. Your rights under GDPR (EU residents)

You have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent for cookies at any time
